I love this. It saddens me that physicians are not trained in nutrition… because so many illnesses can be fixed by a diet change!!! Not medicine! Sharing this with all my L&D girls!!! Sincerely this RN

Thanks for all your information. I’m an RD and I recently told my husband I’m so disillusioned by what we were taught in college. I feel that it was so government funded research that our health was not put in the forefront. It was more about money🤨

Is there a substitute for walnuts? I’m allergic...as far as I know, that’s the only nut I’m allergic to. Also, avocado allergy. Thank you for your videos! Very informative.

All nuts can have wonderful health benefits. Also - chia, flax and pumpkin seeds have tremendous benefits and are a healthy source of fat and fiber!

Just use your personal preferences and what you can eat to substitute ingredients that work for you. You don't HAVE to eat what's suggested. Just follow the general guidelines for what's healthy, and use your creativity. 😉

Which oils do you recommend? How about soy oil?

Soy oil can be inflammatory in large amounts. Olive oil and avocado oil are my faves.
