Shame on every Dr. out there that still tells a patient oh it just age related your getting older! No. I don’t want a pill to cover the symptoms either. Hit the books and learn about foods and the body. Now that it’s happening to you the research started. Thank you. More Dr’s need to learn and most of them are not on board

Just noticed the comment from someone that muscle does not weight more than fat, weight its weight, a lb. is a lb. no matter what it is made up of. However, it is more dense and does take up less space in our bodies :)
