Masculinity: They Have it All Wrong | The Chris Stefanick Show

Today, we’re talking all about masculinity. So often in this world, the word “masculinity” is preceded by the word “toxic.” Not today! When men’s tendencies and attitudes are nourished and raised up in light of the Gospels and in light of Christ’s teaching, we make the culture more BEAUTIFUL.
Men and boys are NOT a fire to be put out. Men, the Church needs YOU to grow and give yourself as a gift the way Christ gave Himself as a gift.
Then, I share with you a talk I recently gave about how a generation of young men are being told they are BAD and TOXIC and are left asking the question, “who AM I supposed to be?”
There is hope! There are role models of what it means to be a true MAN. One fantastic example of Catholic manhood is St. Maximilian Kolbe, who left the Commander at Auschwitz SHAKING in his boots because of his fierce love of Christ. Finally, I leave you with the model of masculinity and self-gift: Christ Himself

My husband and I loved this video and your talk. Thank you for sharing about St. Maximilian Kolbe, we named our last child after Maximilian Kolbe for the reasons you spoke about and I tell you what St. Maximilian Kolbe and God must be pleased with it because our son surely has some of the Saints traits, makes parenting hard but were we lack Jesus will fill in. Thank you so much for sharing the truth and being a bold man of God.

Let us love like Jesus as we are called to love our wife like Jesus loves us, with our life. A women who is loved well and in truth, will give her life to please her man. As a therapist almost all women have told me this. Trust me they will be a happy man. Unfortunately woman are not able to say this amoung their peers for fear that they will attacked. Yet at home, they are living the life that God planned for us. America seek your calling in what is the truth of God, not your opinion that comes from the flesh.
