MASHED POTATO PATTIES Leftover mashed potatoes Leftover vegetables, Chopped onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper 1/2 cup flour Mix everything together, Form into patties Fry in 2 tablespoons oil until crispy on both sides.

I used to use coconut oil for cooking, but I decided to get Avocado oil, since it's a healthy oil. But butter should add a tantalizing flavor!!
