I wish 56 years ago when I got married videos like these were available. I had to wait for my mother's inland letters with recipes to follow them. The letters took 10 days to reach 😂. Lucky is the present generation

Bappamma super explanation. I also do kolmobo or sambar. Today one technique I like is boiling water and putting the vegitable upon it. My mother in law (late) is to prepare nice sambar powder, it was awesome. I was there at Chennai for almost 5 years, every house sambar and rasam smell. Including tingslevare Colombo also very nice. Tnx mai for your excellent recipe.

My fav. colmbo.😋😋 The Sambaar powders we get in the market does not give the same taste. I will definitely try this!
