When we worship The God of Life, we should make it known by our lives. The Isha Upanishad (Master of By Sit Down) is eighteen statements and it is interesting that the so-called end of the Vedas has the same number of statements as the final supplications of Imam Hussain. The most important supplications are those directly revealed to the prophets, those they were directly inspired to say, and finally, those of those who understood the principles and expressed them in new acts of worship that were upon such orthodoxy and orthopraxy. Location, time, practitioner, form, and consciousness are certainly central to the effectiveness of ritual and other spiritual acts.
