So nice to hear an honest review instead of the usual "If it ain't green it's garbage" rhetoric that most people spit out who have never ran anything else. Great video, good luck with harvest

That red machine is awesome. The tech seems to be a couple steps higher than the others. The steering wheel is almost a piece of art lol. Thanks for the great video, I think Massey has hit a homerun with that machine.

I agree with you on all fronts. I love the steering wheel also.

I have always been a Massey person, my dad always ran Massey and I still own 2 myself even though I don’t do nearly what I used to do! I like the new style.

Any jack rabbits in the windrows? How did the MF handle them? 😀😀

I've always felt that the more crap you have on a piece of machinery, the more that can go wrong. Ij today's World it's not nickel and dime stuff, it's thousands of dollars and incredible amounts of downtime. That's why I like the old equipment. I'm 81 years old and I grew up in the in 40s and 50s, so I know what it's like to do farming the old fashioned way, out in the open with no little bells and whistles, just getting the work done

I would love to see that full power train and see what guts it’s got and if burns any oil put some dual tires and them bottom plows or disc behind it and let’s seat them rings in it let’s see what that 265 hp has

Why no auto steer?
@PatrickShivers2 күн бұрын
It was a demo tractor equipped with guidance but no current activation (guidance packages have an annual activation fee that is thousands of dollars)

Patrick, thanks for all of your videos. Why no autosteer in the Massey-? Groundspeed for peanut harvesters is very slow. Why cant the guts of the machine be redesigned for faster thruput-?
@PatrickShivers2 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching! The Massey is equipped with Trimble guidance, but didn’t have an active subscription. It doesn’t matter if you’re pulling a 2 row or 6 row peanut picker it’s the same speed. It takes time to separate vines/dirt/peanuts

Always a Deere fan but they are different brands you have to be open minded. I would want to run any thing new er than your 4430 new tractor with computers is not for me
