yeah boi eat tons of meat and fat. Fat most important. Most nutrients are fat soluble. Cut all sugars and shitty vegetables vegetable oils. Do eat carbs like potatoes/rice just for raw energy. eggs are super food.

Awesome video man & congrats on the 1m Subs, I"m almost fully recovered from my lateral elbow injury after surgery & PRP which was a set back for me when I was in the best shape ever but bands have helped me alot, I hook up bands to the rope, wide lat bar & pulley bar to incorporate the same gym movements from home without the negative weight affect but I miss the weights & Im gradually getting back into them, I started at 14 years old and Im almost 39 now, Thanks for all the motivation & your videos are top notch plus super detailed so I salute you for that! Keep them coming ! I will use these routines on my next back day.
