These videos are awesome and gives me new ideas to try. I would love to see a video about people just starting down the path of bodybuilding or powerlifting in their mide to late 30's. Excercises we can do, or variations that are easier on joints starting out that we may not have used in 15 to 20 years.

Hey man just wanting to add it legs, not new to the gym I would say intermediate, but I always give my all and work my ass off till the end. I had reason for cutting legs DVt or pulmonary clot, 2011, I am in the clear, I make it to the gym 7 days a week, and legs I am excited to get started on, just wanna ease in. I know how you feel about barbel squats, though I might start something easier leg press just to level up, but yeah if u could give me a place to start I will crush, cannot wait to hear back and get to it.. I am headed out now to gym chest and back... cheers bro.

Please do a video on your take of bro splits vs full body workouts. Studies now show full body workouts and hitting body parts more than once a week is more optimal for most people

Perfect stuff, keep it up. I have one question regarding the volume. Some KZbinrs are talking about junk volume (Atlean X or Jeremy for example), which for beginners-intermediates is when you perform more than 20 sets per muscle group per week. Since you did 6 exercises and mentioned 6/7 reps for each, do you think that's too much for a beginner/intermediate person (is twice more than the scientific limit of 20)? Just wondering. Would like hearing from you!
