Applied this to my back workout and been seeing all kinds of progress!

I've been 13 years with no foot in a gym....now i want to start out from zero....i'm 51 man and i cannot do a single pullup....but i'll do...sure. salute you from Madrid, Spain. I'll start out with basics...and more basics...maybe with calistenic movements, then i'll go back to the gym.

I was in the same place about two months ago. Started light with no more than 3 sets for each exercise. Already regained some serious muscle since.

@@infozone9601 ok. I'm using kettelbels, bands, my own weight... Getting fit slow but solid. Some injurys...but are part of this. Soon i'll be ready to big dumbells...and some extra benefit of that IS...you know... Those who are under 50s you'll feel.....

True! The body adapts! I worked shoulders three times a week one Summer. I didn’t bench press cause my chest was already pretty developed. I didn’t want to stress my rotator cuffs. I went back to my old gym and people noticed my gains! A woman (actually a hater) mouth dropped seeing how much I developed! *Silence your haters with progress*

Brian Bianchi seems like keeping you chest up engages your core and also helps you retract your scapula and stabilize your back more so you feel it in the target area and you can still stretch.

I usually do two hand dumbbell rows as well.. but I will also do about 2 sets of single hands.. you just get a much better stretch and isolation of the muscles
