We put an egg in, cracker or bread crumbs, seasoning, onion or you can use a sprinkle of onion soup mix, and maybe a dash of ketchup in our homemade hamburgers.

Some finely chopped onion or grated onion for flavor and juiciness , an egg yolk to bind everything together is what's needed with the minced meats! Also, a home made burger with no beer!?!
