The first 30 seconds contain the most precious piece of knowledge and advice that a calisthenics athlete (of any level) should consider, and I'm not overreacting. The remaining 11 minutes are great THENX quality, as usual! Keep motivating us, salute from France!

Calisthenics: pulling your body weight, pushing against it or holding an isometric Progressive overload in calisthenics: 1. increase resistance with different angels, harder progressions, or adding weight 2. increase reps 3. reduce rest time 4. increase hold time in isometrics over time Every exercise in Calisthenics stems from one or a combo of these six exercises which can be scaled to be easier or harder while building every muscle in your body: to master as 1: Pull-up 1:00 2: Pushup 2:40 upgrade to: 90 degree handstand pushup, on arm pushup and planch push ups 3: Dips 4:45 4: Pistol squat 5:55 5: L-sit 7:40 6: Handstand Push-up 9:00

Been working out for a while now.. but it's a struggle to keep focus and my interest with what I'm doing which led me to believe that even tho it's good for my body, I can't bring my mind to like it one bit... So I tried calisthenics, where I focused on skills instead of the aesthetic outcome we've all been wishing for... And I could say that this type of workout is much more interesting and harder than they look

I know that switching your grip does turn your shoulders a bit. But, putting your hands closer together helps a bit. I think chin ups get a bad impression. If you have crappy pullups, jumping on to the bar, swinging your legs, try a chin up. It may surprise you. Your legs kinda automatically go a bit forward, engaging the core. It's like you're curling your whole body weight...
