No that's not why. There are 2 types of picky. Objective and Subjective. Subjective pickiness is when you just don't like the taste regardless of how well the dish with a particular ingredient was handled. Objective pickiness means, regardless of taste preference, they can determine if the ingredient was used well or not.

​@@Itsant33 there are certain ingredients and foods that I can't eat. I absolutely will not eat anything with mushrooms in it, I would find it disgusting no matter what. But seafood, I would struggle with the taste but I would be able to tell if it was nice. There's also a mental element to it with how much you dislike the ingredient. In fine eating sweet potato, even though I don't like it, but I will vomit eating mushrooms, but I don't have any sort of allergy.

They only show a few clips. What I feel is: They do taste everythin tho, each contestant is judged by each judge. And if its not the case, then its totaly unfair
