Nice video! Reminds me of when I visited my daughter in Eindhoven last month. We took a day trip by train to Dem Bosch to visit the cathedral and ate lunch at a nearby cafe, where we had Bossche Bollen for dessert!

These look truly wonderful! They are fine, even if they aren't "perfectly round." I think being a bit lazy, I will just visit my wonderful local bakery. They make marvelous treats, and there isn't a single dish to wash!

Spray a little water on the dough just before you put them in the oven, this will cause a better rise of the dough and they look more like the real thing!.. veel succes :)
