Huge ribcage crew checking in. Chest was massive before I ever started lifting, which is why I have always been a strong presser. In order to get my arms to grow (especially my triceps), however, has required major attention to detail through tips I have gotten through mi40. Best in the world at building muscle Ben!

these are the types of videos that should get a million views but no guzman filming himself eating chipotle and hitting a bench press pr every week is what gets it....

Jfonseca6 Athleanx makes these videos everyday and actually shows you how to accomplish it. Great information on this channel too but hopefully u bodybuilding type guys knew this before he put up a video about it
@Jfonseca66 жыл бұрын
ive known about athleanx for a while ive been watching information about bodybuilding since the scooby and elliot hulse days when they were the only ones. Unfortunately more people would rather watch someone else working out instead of finding the best way to workout themselves.

Hey Ben, I hope you get a chance to read this. You’ve helped me greatly in changing my perspective in regards to training, and the results I’ve gotten from actually activating the muscle and moving it in it’s intended path has yielded great strength and hypertrophy gains. Thank you! Peace and muscles from Denmark

You are the absolute BEST Ben!! I can’t wait to check out your Vids for this. I am very small, 5’ 0” so I’ve finally put on muscle and increased strength, at #120 (heaviest ever weight) using all your programs over a period of years. This will be a game changer to the next level for lean body mass Im hoping for me. What a big heart you have to take the time to share this knowledge for us to better our training. Beyond Thanks for all you do. 💪🏋️♂️

I´m built like you Ben and I can attest to having the same experiences as you. Could you tell me how you train your glutes? My quads get most of the attention... Best candidate so far is barbell lunges, which make me a little sore.

jeffrin auxilium nah. He's in Florida most times. Thats where his gym is. Also, you probably wont be able to afford hiring Ben. Most of us cant. Your best bet would be to just purchase one of his programs and spend a lot less comparedto actually hiring him.

So what worked for your back brotha? Mine was Lat pull downs, cable rows, and machines. Pull ups, barbells and all that jazz did nothing for me.

Looking at you two standing side by side is interesting. Ben is so big, it actually looks like he is standing in front of the guy! and Ben looks quite shorter because of his shorter legs and width, but they are actually about the same height.
