Hello Abbey! I came across your channel this morning in preparation for a job interview this Friday and I just loved it. I’d like to ask you, how do I overcome age? I’m 53 and all other candidates are usually much younger than me? Also, hope can I overcome having held jobs not lasting more than few years? Many thanks!!!

Gosh! I am sorry I missed your comment and am responding late! When it comes to age, focus on what you CAN do, and how valuable your experience is to "hitting the ground running" with this new job. You can provide mentoring and training to younger people too. In this day & age, not holding a job for more than a few years shouldn't hurt you - organizations are not valuing duration at jobs as much as they used to!
