thank you Shi Heng, It will be right now inpossible for me to attend a presential class, I am in México, and I am sure I am commiting mistakes, but also I wanted to thank you because my health has improved al lot, in 5 months of practice with yout videos, I am a widdow mother of 3 kids, money and time is actually a issue, and even if you dont know how much you have hellped me to build and activity we 4 enjoy in the screen, but together we 4 do in the place that we live there are a lot of violent things happening, this gives us a lot of pace, I dont´t really know if we can have the opportunity to have a class with other real people, but for now its been what its been for us and it´s a real blessing to have your videos.

For the last 8 years of my career before I retired, i kept telling people i was going to quit and be a monk. A couple months ago i discovered your channel and with my age I'm focusing (very hard) on Qigong which seems to be exactly the right thing at exactly the right time. How this is all coming together in this manner and being so beneficial to me is fascinating. Thank you. It is as the saying goes, "when the need arises, the teacher appears".

Thank you for your guidance to "rethink and restructure what is important", SO needed during these times.❤️ From the websites you shared of your martial arts friends and colleagues, one can see that they are truly Masters of the 21st Century! By keeping Master KZbin, Master Online and Master Strea Ming (love the names!) as our ONLY sources of training, we would miss the personal guidance and corrections of a master/teacher in the flesh. Much gratitude 🙏 for your many inspirational, educational and free videos that you continually provide.

Thank you very much for this video. I totally agree: in mastering any skill there is a point where you need a personal advice to make some progress. But some online lectures can keep a person fit - and first of all inspired - during this lockdown. Obviously "Master Strea Ming" must be a funny guy, he made you laugh. 😊 All the best wishes from my heart, in great respect of your knowledge and your skills.

A man sees a great many things when he looks at the world for himself, and sees them from many sides; but this method of learning is not so short or so quick as the method which employs abstract ideas and make hasty generalizations about everything. What the ancients teach, I also teach: Experience is the teacher of everything. A violent man dies a violent death.

And sometimes it's not good to be quite and it creates sadness I just never ever wanted to be a reason or extra work for my parents and my brothers and sisters because I know my parents came from a very difficult time and life . Life is a journey and we all think life revolves around us especially as a kid . But we are kid like when we are actually kids and when we are older we are kid like but we become stubborn because we feel we have no one and don't get pampered much but feels good because we all want a life that is of great work and meaningful . I wrote all this while listening to Master Shi Heng Yi It's just pure goodness and no judgement like fatherly and motherly coming from a place of peace . Thank You

Thank you Shifu for sharing your views. So much content out there it's easy to just jump from one online course to the next.. but then there is no focus, so agree to choose 1 style where possible. I miss having a Shifu/Master to correct me and to share more of the fundamentals of each move, breath technique etc.. but my experience is that this also depends on the Shifu and/or the specific day/lesson (online that is). Glad to see Shifu Yan Lei on your list. His DVDs and books were my inspiration to come to your temple a couple of years ago (books and dvds in storage somewhere so don't have access now) and hope to come back to your temple once able to travel. Practising online has been my saviour (not on your list so I won't share the name here) so although not preferred it's still better than practising alone or not practicing at all (it also helps motivate), I also refer to some of your you tube postings too. Stay well and safe 🙏

I injured my shoulder when I practised incorrectly just by copying your Ba Duan Jin; so, I know that I would need the attention and correction by a Master like you, Shifu! Can't wait for the lockdown to end. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

What a master.. To speak the way he does and how he explains it in order for the normal people among the world to understand. The questions asked by people are a bit funny. And he answers with such humbleness.
