1) stay in your heart 2) stay in the present 3) cultivate inviting energy vs. pursuing

For me, to amplify my feminine energy I get into my body and move it. Even if it’s walking up stairs, down the street, on the dance floor, doing exercise, whatever it is. It is the energy of being present and owning it. Really feeling my body as it moves.

I’ve never heard feminine energy explained in this way, the active nature of pulling and inviting changes my whole perception of the way to project this energy. Wow! Thank you!

When a man gets vulnerable, try to amplify your feminine energy to make him feel better, let him feel the connection, the trust and the beauty of being with him supporting him and listening to him without judging him, he would definitely love it!.

They say "Vulnerability is an important part of becoming a good leader or finding a new relationship." So if he is vulnerable...as I see it means he is open-minded or open-hearted, has an open mind to new possibilities, to new creative ideas, for his colleagues for his partner, for his company, for his wife, and for kids. He is not dismissive about stuff and he is not moody and bored. Vulnerability doesn't mean being weak but having the courage to be vulnerable, empathetic, grateful, and open-minded, open-hearted. and when you are open-hearted you drive the love to you, or also creative ideas, and hobbies. At the same time, you don't just give empathy to others but also to yourself, your cells, and your immune system. You actually know it, when you listen to your intuition, but sometimes television brainwashes our point of view.

Dear Matt, when I am excessively stressed and feel abandoned, neglected, disappointed it is YOU who instil in me the required volume of energies and motivation to survive the emotional nadir.Just love and respect you Matt, for being my love and relationship coach ! 🙏👍

As a rather masculine woman I love this video and I think it holds truth. I’ve been in relationships where I was more masculine then perhaps other women but the balance didn’t feel right. I’d love to explore this feminine side in myself and enjoy the dance between a man and a woman. Being weak on purpose where I know I am in fact really strong.

My Chinese neighbor taught me a qi gong practice that brings forth a wonderful energy, and the movements acknowledge the two energies are different and have subtle differences for a man to perform it vs a woman!

I think we women in the middle east struggle more to be feminine. Many of us live in harsh societies, we can’t afford to be receiving, soft, open, vulnerable. Because many men would consider these beautiful traits as being weak & easy to manipulate. Even men can’t show their feminine side or they would be considered as “feminine”. The meaning of femininity is equivalent to being weak & submissive to your man. No matter how men fake it that they want feminine women & that they respect feminine women, deep down they see us second class citizens and want to control us. They have very little respect to women even their mothers.

So sorry Nada. What a miserable environment to be in! That happens here too, but not in every man. It’s easier for us to get out of bad relationships and try to find a better one. Sending peace and blessings to you.

I am sure most would think women in the middle east do struggle more. Speaking of relationships as in having or being vulnerable to another woman might help to uplift a woman's feminity as in just to vent frustration or of any topic one may struggle with, when you are not allowed to do this with a man. Praying about this also may help so women have an outlet to be their FULL self. However, I can not imagine the life in the middle east, yikes.

I really enjoyed this video! It's important to remember that every person is different and may have their own unique preferences and desires in a partner. That being said, I think it's helpful to consider the general tendencies and characteristics that tend to attract and resonate with men. The three feminine traits you mentioned - being supportive, being nurturing, and being loving - are all fantastic qualities that can contribute to a strong and healthy relationship. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insights on this topic!

What a wonderful video, thank-you so much! Love how you simplify things down to "mantras" that are easy for us women to remember, i.e. women are the "pause" button. The dynamic yin/yang dance between men and women can be so confusing. You are such a gift! Keep up the great work! Being in my body, and feeling how I move puts me in my feminine.

My husband and I have five boys. I never realized how present I am till they started growing up. My sons always ask about things happening in the future as if they are actually living there and I always have to tell them that I am making lunch, helping the baby, doing the laundry, ect. and I tell them, "I do not know about these 'future events' I am doing 'this present thing'. We will see when we get there." The only time I use this and pull them into the present is when I am pressed for something and my mind cannot wander into speculations because there is too much going on right now that I need to deal with.😁

I’m pretty sweet in nature as far as my personality and I definitely have done that in relationships. As far as work goes I definitely know what I’m doing and I am very headstrong that I make that switch and have consciously done that for years. I honestly think I am a lost cause or a horrible person because I’ve never had anyone choose me. But I’m super sweet and helpful.

I feel you, I'm similar in personality. The book, Getting to I Do, has helped me both in dating, as well as made me aware my last two boyfriends weren't the ones. It talks about this feminine / masculine energy, a perspective I needed more awareness of. Though I haven't met the one yet, I do feel it will help me to discern when I do meet him :) as well as weed out the ones who are not ;)

Mat, gosto muito do teu canal porque aprendo muito. Adoro a maneira como falas, tudo parece tão simples. A tua energia é brutal. Fico sempre tão alegre e confiante no futuro. Sofri muitas desilusões amorosas no passado, mas hoje estou casada e muito feliz. Tenho posto alguns dos teus ensinamentos em prática e os resultados são muito positivos. To amplify my feminine energy and open my heart chakra I focus on my heart, breathe in for 6 counts, hold for 3 counts, exhale for 6, and hold for 3. Repeat this for 5 - 7 rounds. It really opens the heart and gets you out of the thinking mind and grounds. Before a date I review my cliff notes about these points that I've learned from Mat.

Hi mat, I'm Doreen as I'm learning getting along with my femininity. I have a question, yesterday was tracked whether to wish my boyfriend happy New year first or wait for him. Because I wished him merry Christmas and I hoped he this is his time. So I was confused. But he didn't till I did and he replied. So should I be the one starting or I wait for him also.. he's a musculine man

Well Matt, I think the more difficult one to me is stay in your heart. I´m a mind person, and I dont believe we should let our hearts decide, so that practice, to follow our hearts, it´s just like getting a tooth pull out of our mouth! lol. However, I´m willing to try, even if I need to meditate everyday, lol.
