Why does the owner pay for the extra blue paint if he’s going to wrap it up?? i would choose the white paint and same some money :)

Perhaps they wanted the non wrapped body panels and frame that aren't externally facing to be blue, and perhaps he wants it to be blue if and when he gets tired of the flat metallic green wrap. These are just what come to my mind when I think a little about your question, I'm sure there could be many other reasons my thumbs are just getting tired.

no, you should still pay for black to make the unwrapped parts look better. white will stand out like crazy.

Depending on the colors and how you take care of it, it can go from 3 years to about 8 years . This 3M matte pine green metallic last about 7 years if you take good care of it.
