When I saw this movie I was interested in a good story. But I once said to my friends that my favorite part of any movie is the growth of characters. I just want them to act like real people. With issues, problems, and then work on becoming better people through those tough problems. I'm a suckered for those kinds of stories/character arcs. The story can suck, the plot can be as dumb as heck, but if any movie is capable of doing anything I just said. I'll consider that a great movie. Cheers

Also when Deadpool told the agent to "fix" Logan's past and mistakes and she said that without them, Logan wouldn't even be the one to be able to help him. Not only were the cameos awesome but the plot was beautiful and the smallest team up of the marvel universe made the biggest save so far by saving all of the multiverse. This is a powerful video. I ended up in tears by the end of it. I was really close to ending it all a few months ago. Saying the same thing I feel worthless like I don’t matter. But I have a wife and two kids that need me in their lives. I have since found purpose and kept grabbing onto little moments and continue to think about them throughout the day. I would have it on repeat. A hug from my kids or dancing in the kitchen with my wife while making dinner together. I held onto those memories and they saved me. My family is the reason I am still here to this day. I am so lucky to have them in my life to keep me going. It does get better. It can get better. It will get better. Wake up and make your bed, pick up your clothes, do the dishes. Get into a routine and that will set your brain up for rewarding yourself for doing a good job. You will feel better knowing you did stuff. Then you do it everyday and keep it up don’t stop once. You will start to feel rewarded like you should. Then family and friends. It helps to lean on family & friends. Thank you for making this video. This was beautiful.

I thought this was the message we were all supposed to take from the movie. Like I myself am going through moments where I feel like I don’t matter and I want to matter but at the same time I feel like I’ve done things that are unforgivable and I am damned. But if I were truly damned, the enemy wouldn’t be trying so hard to convince me that I am damned, they’d be trying to push me on to dig my hole deeper for myself.
@Nutterbutter123Ай бұрын
Jesus is the Way because He is true. Consider how He suffered, literally completely innocent and had to teach the Law to His people with and through love, healed many of His people, fed many of His people, did wonders and miracles and still was tortured and crucified and killed for His people. He forgave His people. Theres no figure in fiction or non fiction more tragic than the person of Yeshua of Nazareth. But through suffering, evidence shows that that’s where we come to our hearts and seek comfort, while also simultaneously being that same comfort to somebody without ever realizing. We all bear our cross, bear yours brother so that you may pick up those weaker than yourself. Seek the deeper meanings of Jesus, who suffered for you and died for you. My friend took a bullet for me. I’d have owed him my life. Amplify that in Jesus. Lovingly seek Him, and He will comfort you.
@TheGreyShamanАй бұрын
@@Nutterbutter123 amen to that, I chose to fully give myself to Jesus Christ and that is when these attacks began. Before the enemy was telling me to keep on winning because I couldn’t be damned, now they’re trying to convince me I am damned. I feel like if we were truly damned they wouldn’t attack, and if you have a chance at salvation them they attack. But then it’s all a matter of perspective because even pushing you along and supporting your choices can be an attack when it comes to these things.
@Nutterbutter123Ай бұрын
@@TheGreyShaman Precisely. If the enemy seeks your destruction, that means you’re more than likely doing something right and funnily enough I said exactly this early during church dinner. May you be graced, brother, by the presence of the Holy Spirit, never let the adversary claim victory. Prayer is stronger than we can perceive- where we see a blessing only like a grain of sand we’re not acknowledging the desert of abundant blessings all around us from the glory of God. Stay strong for Christ is with you. The fact that these enemies haven’t won yet means your devotion for good is stronger than their will. And if you have trouble with why God the Father gives allowance- one thing I can guarantee is that, as a new father myself, the consistency of being a father is to correct those whom we love. Chastise and discipline, hard love. But it strengthens and humbles. You’re stronger because of the enemies, but better yet you’re stronger because of your will gifted by God. And with Christ by your side, you’re unstoppable. Keep it and build. Pray profoundly and with your whole heart. Personally I recommend fasting if you’re dealing with literal attacks- and rebuke fallen entities by the blood of Jesus should you see any physically. Unless you have a medical condition that prevents you from fasting then I will fast and pray for you.
@TheGreyShamanАй бұрын
@@Nutterbutter123 dang, that’s the same message I got about fatherhood. As a child my relationship with my parents reflected my relationship with The Father. Sure my physical father was taken out of my life at 3, but that was so I wouldn’t focus on him and would focus on The Father. I know how I would have been if my father had been around my whole life, I definitely wouldn’t be who I am now that is for sure. But as a father myself things have changed big time. How I treat my children reflects my relationship with The Father. And my perception of everything has been opened wide and I cannot unsee. First and foremost every human in existence is either a son or a daughter, a brother or a sister, a mother or a father. We hold these roles for a reason because we were made in the image of something much greater than ourselves. And if we are made in the image of that something greater then we should hold ourselves to the standards of that something greater. I am not perfect and I know that, I cannot do anything alone and I know that. But at the end of the day; when my time down here is done and I am brought to a place where the enemy can no longer affect me as the soul in between mind and body by implanting thoughts for me to align with and experience; I hope that I can be the person The Father always knew I could be. I know I cannot hold myself to that standard and maintain it. All I can do now is strive to reach it. And until I do reach it, I’ll keep working on putting others before myself and not regretting my past sins because The Holy Spirit is with me now to counter sinful temptation based thoughts. If I was truly damned I wouldn’t experience The Holy Spirit telling me the sins are sins, as said before the enemy would just tell me to keep on going on because what I’m doing isn’t bad and I would just be digging my hole deeper for myself. But thank you for your thoughts and prayers. You’ve actually been an answer to mine, I’ve been wanting to fast but every time I tried since my weeklong fast, it didn’t feel right. So I prayed asking for a sign when I am to fast and here you are acting as a willing vessel telling me to fast. Thank you, and the best of luck to all of us on our journeys.
@Nutterbutter123Ай бұрын
@@TheGreyShaman amen, I’m glad I can help but ultimately it’s always God and Christ. Shepherd your flock, base your foundation in Jesus and His teachings, and be abundant in pray. They’re legit prayers that may or may not give you a physical confirmation one way or another . Psalms 23 can also be a legit prayer if you memorize it. God bless brother. A couple of days after I saw this movie, a colossal lesson came together that had been building up for 4 months, something so unbelievably mind blowing happened in my life few people believe it when I tell them, until I show them. And for the first time, I KNEW, FELT, SAW, HEARD that I mattered, and the moment I got that, I saw we all mattered, every one of us. There a web of connection strewn out we ALL play a part in, no matter how small or insignificant you think you may be, you all, WE all play a very intricate part in the web of creation itself, to remove any one of us is like pulling a thread that’s become loose, it unravels the fabric of everything. This might seem like nonsense wording, words don’t do it justice. I was in tears of joy for 4 days straight. You matter. I matter, we ALL matter. and the synchronisation of the message in this movie after that 4 months of building up was one of the most proud moments in my short 33 years on this planet, the other biggest moments of my life were all in the last 4 months. Wow, this video needs more views. This is fantastic. And this was definitely intended because they say the words matter so much. I thought this scene was already good.

Wow. This might just be the best video in 3 seperate categories. Definitly best DP and Wolverine Edit I've seen. The best therapy video I have seen, kinda reaching out with characters I know, and showing me a message I didn't see, and it being a message I can relate two. And best analysis of the movie. I havent seen this take of the movie but it is so genuinely good that it feels like the only way I can interpret the movie now. Thank you for making this. Came to me just when I needed it.

Videos and comments like these make me weepy. I'm a huge DC/Batman fan; big fan of MCU and Avengers. However before all of this, in 2000, I fell in love with Hugh Jackman and his Wolverine. My love and appreciation for the actor and character goes so far back... It feels so good to see him get appreciation, to see him enter the MCU with Ryan and Deadpool. I'm so happy.

Epic video!! There’s so many meaning behind a lot of the action and dialogue scenes that you need to watch it multiple times to understand it. God this is one of my favorite superhero movies ever.

I knew there was something about self worth in this movie which made me love it even more, but the antimatter / matter aspect didn’t even occur to me! What a wonderful way of bringing this subtlety to light sooo good 😭😭😭

They held on to something they desperately need for their self-beliefs. Deadpool lived a life of failures, he did it so he could believe he matters. Wolverine wanted to atone for his past mistakes, he did it as he got nothing to lose, he didn't thought he matters. "I got nothing... I got nothing."

Ok, don’t normally do this but here goes: I feel a lack of achievement at my age, along with lying, cheating, stealing and everything else you can imagine. The colliding is knowing that I have people around me that know all of that and love me and if they love then I matter more than my perceived achievements. Didn’t really type this out for anyone, just feels nice to put it in writing

It’s really a beautiful scene. It’s the core of the movie. They are a volatile mix, like matter and antimatter. They need each other, and together they save everyone and everything.

These videos are still making me tear up lol. This movie was imo the best marvel movie ever. Endgame is incredible, but the way this movie pays homage, and truly respects the work of previous films in the fox era. Also, that sacrifice scene is better then the endgame portals scene imo lol.

I feel like this movie is also an allegory for how Disney wants to use its X-Men characters/former non-Disney Marvel characters and integrating them into the MCU, with some they respect them or want to use them for their own gains, while others on the other hand, they don't matter for them anymore because they belong in an era where Disney doesn't have creative power over them, and don't want them included in the MCU.
@certifiedgolfdad28 күн бұрын
And even deeper meaning is to say that Wade never affected anything outside of his own universe or really all that much, his story was never influential to anything else, but his own movies and all he really wanted was to be part of the MCU. Logan on the other hand has been the foundation of the X-Men movies in the Fox franchis., without him none of this would’ve existed, he’s been in almost every X-Men movie, and all he wants to do is relax, do the right thing still, but not have his actions hurt anyone else.
