My dads a cop and, with the police video camera thing he has, I've seen some of what he does. So, a few years back, he was going through the footage for something and called me over to watch something with him. I'll try to describe the event as best I can.. So he drives up to this apartment complex and runs inside. He goes to a man who's lying on the ground and has been shot. I can't tell if it was in his leg or what, but I'm pretty sure he died. My dad frisks down the body, looking for a wound and checking the pockets. So my dad is showing me this video and he tells me that it was the mans son who shot him. John Hinckley technically did not kill James Brady the Shooting occurred in 1981, Brady died in 2014, 23 years later.
@sonnydee39755 жыл бұрын
Right! I'm pretty sure it was the secret service guy who died. Brady was just paralysed for the rest of his life.
@an.artist.named.kim.5 жыл бұрын
Although Hinckley shot James Brady in 1981, during the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan, Brady initially became disabled from the gunshot wound. His death didn't occur for another 33 years in 2016, and 2 years after Hinckley was released from the mental health facility in 2014 into the care of his elderly mother. He was not tried for the death of Mr. Brady, which is a shame. I know that you probably need to shorten a lot of your information for the video and it must be difficult what to choose is most important to your followers. I wasn't trying to correct you, as your statement was actually true. I was just supplying your readers with more info if they were interested. I'm always truly amazed at the variety of content and subject matter that you take on. How do you come up with so many different top 10 list ideas? Do you do the research yourself for every show or do you have people that work for you doing the actual research? I am simply amazed at how accurate your pronunciation is with every foreign name that you mention. Do you speak a plethora of different languages or just practice them until you get the dialect perfect? However you magically create your video's, I'm a fan. So, thank you for keeping me entertained in a highly educational, creative and funny way.

1:48 I have a friend who's almost on this level of insanity. He's in the hospital right now and getting the help he needs. Honestly I could almost see him doing that if he was "farther down the rabbit hole" so to speak and less of a gentle person. I'm glad that she didn't go to prison because she could very well be like my friend and not dream about even hurting someone let alone killing them in her right mind. btw I took an abnormal psychology class for college and i learned that the real number of people who even attempt to use the insanity plea to get away with their crimes is less than 1% and a fraction of even that manage to succeed. But the majority of people estimate it to be around 40%. Food for thought.
