When I was a child she cooked them by boiling until tender added gray served with rice sometimes she added potatoes or egg noodles it's great I'm cooking some today smothered with speckled peas with cut okra over rice with good old corn bread I pray it comes out great

She also boil them an pick the meat off the turkey necks to use the meat in her corn bread dressing a must. We also use them in seafood boil double spicy trouble turkey necks are as you say cheap an filling very good thank you for the video ❤❤❤❤❤

Yes I’ve seen turkey broth, Walmart sometimes and different grocery stores. But not sure what all stores you have but Martins Weis. If you can’t find it already done better than bouillon has
