Fun facts: this game has two alternative names: In Russia, it is called "Sybionte" (yeah, with "n"), in the US and EU, the PC versions of this game must be named "The Swarm", it was released in Russia 2 years before the release in America, and in the non-Russian versions, all Russia-related stuff (like Kremlin Clock or the "M" sign that stands for the underground railroads in Russia) has been removed from the cutscenes. And yeah, this game takes place in Russia.

Yep, this is a Russian game. Targem Games, developers of this game are known for Ex Machina\Hard Truck Apocalypse, a very popular car-battle RPG game.
