Nice to see Matt doing well, taking care of himself. Wow couldn't imagine 8-9 hours of sleep, maybe I'm drinking my second cup of coffee to late in the day and sleep apnea doesn't help. Averaging more like 4-6 hours, also good to see a relative daily driver getting some love.

Cold plunging is a Hollywood fad, it does relieve inflammation but only short term for an hour or two. A good diet & proper supplementation is a more permanent solution to that problem.

That new Koche Chemie RS is their competition of Carpro Descale. A PH of like 1 or 2. Phenomenal product to unclog your coating every 3 to 6 months depending on use and environment

I really wish Matt did more rinse less washes. Cars are perfect so he would know right off the batt if it was marring the paint. Doesn’t hurt to try it, if it fails it fails .. at least he tried. I haven’t used soap on my car in 3 years. Full disclosure, i dont drive it in the snow and its washed often. Perfect situation to use Rinseless washing. Also i do still use the PW on my wheels and tires.

Reactivation Shampoo is actually more comparable to CarPro Descale. It has a pH of 1 out of the bottle, and should be diluted 200:1 for a pH of about 3. Definitely not something for regular washes, just when a coating is starting to clog with salt/minerals and losing water behavior. They recommend to use an alkaline precleaner first, then pressure wash. Then apply this with a foam cannon or just do a bucket wash with it. I think if you did only this, you would want to wash with GSF afterwards to make sure it gets neutralized and fully removed.

Descale is my favorite!! I have to use it constantly because I work in the refineries and drive my truck into the plant daily and we have multiple railroads in the plant as well. Fair to say I go thru a lot of descale and iron x 😂

Hey Matt one thing I noticed when I used bilt hamber touchless, I think I used too much in my foam cannon because it stripped off my csl/exov4 that was only a year and a half old and made all my black gloss painted badges dull. I always wash the car once a week with Koch chemie and car pro products, never had an issue before. Water sticks to the paint now and all water beading completely gone after 1 use with bh touchless.

Yeah.. I would check the dilution ratios and go from there. It shouldn't be stripping the coating and gloss from the surface.

Deli is softer and less prone to scratching. Any black or dark color, I'd use it. In this case, it was just on the top of my stack of pads.

Matt I highly encourage you to at least try Armour Detail Supply’s Amplify. It is a fantastic drying aid that works as well if not better than the OG drying aid in my experience.

Dirt settles under the tiles. Once a year, I'll pop sections of the floor up. In between you just vacuum the dirt up through the tiles.

Yeah.. We're trying to figure that one out. It's got to be something with the heat and humidity causing it to clump together. As long as it is still performing fine you should be good to go.
