I do not think the merging of 2 bloods and world was litteral. He was talking about Symbiotique coexistence. And he didnt select not Breed humans with Dragons to make Xbalanque. Its much more simple, it was forsight. He forsaw Xbalanque birth. The first Barbarian he incounter was Chaac. He trained him and made him learn Phlogiston. He was the first human to do so then they builded Anan Pacha in the sky to trained his other fellow tribespeople. Xbalanque is Chaac descendant. Thats what Kukulkan forsaw. But I do believe there is something of the sorte as u speculate but specifically for One tribe. The collective of Plenty. Their tribe symbol is litteraly the same as the Xuihcoatl civilization light sigil we see everywhere and more in the Lil buddy quests. Just gonna throw it out there, the Battle was a clear tie. Capitano fought Mavuika to generate energy for yhe sacred flame, he never intended to "Win" in my opinion. Not to mention Mavuika was huffing and puffing after the fight and Capitano was ready for the smoke. And also not to mention how Capitano never used a Vision, A delusion or a Transformation. Also when he punched Mavuika he was using his other hand, not the one he usually wields his sword with. If Capitano wanted to Kill Mavuika he would have done it...

With how heavily Xibalba coded the Night Kingdom is I would not be surprised if something gets done and we loose/destroy the Night Kingdom or if we look at the summer event I wonder if the answer to the abyss problem is us putting up a tree or moon or something into the Night Kingdom. Just food for thought since in real life mythology Xbalanque and Hunahpu destroy Xibalba and eventually become the sun and moon respectfully.
