I always feel even better after running in shit weather than running in warm, sunny weather. Just the knowledge that most people won't do what I'm doing and the knowledge of knowing what's possible when you overcome the initial hesitation is a pure feeling of bliss.

I've used Altra King MT for a year with lots of wet mountain runs in Ireland, found them aggressive enough to deal with all but absolute gutters. Also, handy winter mantra- if it ain't raining, it ain't training 💪😂

Thanks man! Problem I have is 99% of shoes are too narrow in the toe box so I hate them all - plenty of shoes with good grip out there, but not many that are wide enough.

@@ferguscrawley95 I imagined that, we have the same body type, strong bulky legs and hobbit's feet 🤣 Saucony def not for us. You could take at: - Altra Lone Peak (drop 0, you-re used to it) - Hoka Torrent 2, (my faves, did my first ultra on them and spot on) - Asics Trabuco 9 - Inov8, they play with food width and are focused on UK terrain You run a lot a you need&deserve the right pair of shoes 💪 Btw, big congrats on the 600SIXTY 🎉

Hey Fergus. Came across your channel recently and have been enjoying going through the back catalogue! One question - you mentioned using CBD to help you sleep? I struggle a bit with decent sleep and wondered if it could be worth me looking at? For reference I'm an amateur triathlete who trains c20 hours per week on average. Any advice well received. Thanks buddy and keep up the good work!
@ferguscrawley953 жыл бұрын
Hey man! Thanks for watching! I got some benefit from CBD drops for sure, but have found ‘Pre-Sleep’ from HMN24 to be the best option I’ve used for overall quality of sleep! There’s a link in the description if you want 10% off it, as I work directly with then given my faith in the products!
