Fergus, Thank You. Brilliant and insightful as always. Being outdoors in all conditions and weathers, has altered my life beyond belief. My mental health is key and without structure and giving back to others and my community, well i dread to think what could have happened. And indeed 5 am starts! Not for everyone but vital for me. Thanks again, Fergus. Means a lot to us all. Stay safe and focused.

Great on the new books. I can recommend essentialism by Greg Mckeown that shares sone themes
@ferguscrawley952 жыл бұрын
It's a banger - but not as good as effortless, I feel the premise of essentialism can be neatly summarised through Blinkist or diluted down into the key points, as the message is so clear it doesn't necessarily need the full book to hit home!

How do you balance your training with the amount of time spent vlogging? Your videos are top class, but I can imagine when training having to stop, re-record, etc etc can be frustrating and turn an hour of focused training into 2.5hrs mixed focus.
@ferguscrawley952 жыл бұрын
Great question man this is actually a real challenge - it's become much easier oven time as my video guy and I have a refined process for it, but I do have to be selective with which sessions I 'compromise' slightly for the sake of video production. Sometimes I'll call off filming last minute if my head isn't in it as training is still obviously the priority!
@F2fntypvvjs2 жыл бұрын
