Fergus, Thank You. Brilliant and insightful as always. Being outdoors in all conditions and weathers, has altered my life beyond belief. My mental health is key and without structure and giving back to others and my community, well i dread to think what could have happened. And indeed 5 am starts! Not for everyone but vital for me. Thanks again, Fergus. Means a lot to us all. Stay safe and focused.

Great video Fergus and definitely the early morning starts as a triathlete I can relate to. Training for the Celtman this year and the volume is just about to start ramping up. It's a banger - but not as good as effortless, I feel the premise of essentialism can be neatly summarised through Blinkist or diluted down into the key points, as the message is so clear it doesn't necessarily need the full book to hit home!
