Hey Justin any way you can make a mini video explaining Hard Knockdowns and other states in MvC2, I understand it a littler more in modern sense, but with MvC2 im having trouble for some reason and have beeen thinking it is because of the lack of resources to reference. ive been really enjoying MvC2 man and wanna mess around with the system

Hard knockdown just means you hit the floor and get to roll. Otherwise they can otg you. If done from an air combo it is instead Flying Screen. You can't roll but they lose access to most attacks. Better to just call it knockdown, flying screen is the biggest State difference. There's not really a Soft knockdown. Sweeps usually do HKD, some throws like Charlie air throw.
