Awesome review mate. Love the size of these! Might have to upgrade my old beaten up Treds.

Thanks mate, it was good fun putting it all together and giving them some torture 😂🚙💨 yeah they're a great size👌🏻 If you're keen on them I believe they still have some good deals going for black Friday so it might be worth checking them out👍🏻 Cheers

You should try manual traction control, an old trick from experienced off roaders 😉 As soon as a wheel start spinning you gently apply the break simultaneously with accelerator. It works for your two wheel drive car while climbing an off camber driveway also.

Thanks for the recommendation! I have tried this, and unfortunately this technique doesn't work with this car... All it seems to do is reduce the engine power and confuse the VDC ( vehicle dynamics control ) when I try this. The VDC can actually work quite well when given the chance, you can see this in some of my other videos. I do however think that I'll make a video specifically showing how it works and what it is capable of. Thanks for checking this video out though 😁👍🏻

Hahahaha, how the hell can you be wearing long pants, and shoes in the dunes, That would drive me absolutely nuts, and soaked in sweat :P Great video though Monty, I enjoyed it a lot. I'm getting much closer to proper offroad tests with my Forester, after the HUGE changes I've done recently, and I'm now back to using it as my daily again :P So hopefully within 18 months I'll be over there meeting other KZbinrs and wheeling with them on their local tracks :D

Haha, Victoria has some cold weather even when you're in the dunes! Believe me I can break a sweat very easily! Thanks mate, much appreciated! Exciting stuff, I hope it all goes well and you can take it on some big trips soon! 👍🏻
