There’s no band really close (enough) to Maybeshewill, which is kinda sad and surprising. Perhaps if you blended 65daysofstatic with American Dollar but placed more emphasis on guitars, you’d have something....I can’t think of a really similar band. And I’ve tried. For powerful, dynamic, generally guitar based, then I’d also say Thrice and Enter Shikari. Even though they’re seemingly quite different ‘genres’. But no hidden gems I know of, despite a playlist of over 100k songs - mainly post-rock, instrumental rock, post-metal, ambient, post hardcore, alternative rock, art rock, experimental rock, power pop, prog, math, various electronic, trance and D’n’B.
