Oh and if you could tell anyone at mayhem that the world needs this new mayhem women’s shirts in the merch shop, you would have the chance to see Endgame for the first time again. I would never lie about something like that...

Безграмотная тренировка, при таком темпе упражнений с отегащением до отказа, выззовит сильнейшее закисление и высокий пульс. Что в последствии переведёт гипертрофии миокарда!

As long as the hands are insides a box, it’s fine. Those are the standards.

A strict HSPU is not kipping which they are not doing what is your point?

One should check for calisthenics videos for HSPUs their form is so damn good and is much harder than what the Crossfitters do. I wonder why their lower back doesn't hurts with such bad form.

MusiQ8dict this is not bad form. This is not for muscle growth. This is a test. A race. Is it so difficult to understand? Oh and by the way, I don’t accept criticism from guys who don’t train legs , use a barbell or do cardio. 😂
