It's useful if you also install them on top and bottom, so you don't need anything else. If you're removing your bumper every month like i do it's very practical, but if you remove it once every year or two, then i would not need it and rather preserve the clean look :) Thanks a bunch!!! :D

What have you actually won by doing this install? I figure you still need to bolt up the under tray and put the clips for the wheel tubs in. Is it only so you can avoid putting those 4 bolts in at the top?

Again a proper job, I would only ask why you would want your daily driver to be a drift car also, you can pick up rx8s so cheap?

Cheap rx8s are normally broken ones with an engine that needs 1000 pounds worth of work. And I suppose with the drift one being a daily you dont care so much how it looks n save the nice looking rx8 for shows n meets but suppose it's just preference 🤷‍♂️

I would like to note that this install only applies to the series 1 rx8 as the series 2 does not have a side marker mounting point for the quick release hardware.

No, you buy mine with 55k miles on it for 10k and import it over there.
