this works my psoas muscle and correct the muscle link on my thighs. And not yet finished, I can feel the stronger connection between my neck, biceps, poas and calves. I can grip the ground better with my poor side. (left) I sleep on my left side crawled. I should use a pillow or smt. Thanks for the vids, I thought i invented these moves then i found about all McKenzie stuff. I do a lot along with Kush. I have better moves ;)
