Wow . This worked for me . My thigh was paining like hell after i did a heavy workout and squats . I was unable to walk properly . I felt relaxed and can walk now after this exercise . ❤️❤️

pain for over 4 years, gone in a day this is amazing I have a car accident the doctors said i have nerve damage and lumbar lordosis I have gone to lifestyle change( 105 kilos to 78 kilos) and therapy still nothing. used the stretch last night and its gone. this is amazing first time pain free for the past years

Did a beginner workout and was sore the whole next day. Did this routine (except the exercise with the foam roller) and I can now move again without wailing in pain every time I bend down or stand up. Thank you!

I was literally about to go to the hospital thought I had a femoral nerve pinch was doing the stretch for it and zero help.. just before waking the wife up to go I found this stretch video took away 90% of my thigh pain I can stand up and walk now! I’ve had a pain in my thigh for at least six months now because I do dance five times a week and this helped a lot. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for this. It has really affected my dancing since I couldn’t even do the splits anymore without a level 10 pain but now it’s at maybe a five.
