When i retract, then go into lateral bend, I feel a shift of skull or vertebrae. I havent felt this good in years. most sub occiputat pain is gone. Also, my neck retracts much further as well. So, does this help move the skull into posterior if it is too much in flexion?

Poor carol. I had shoulder issues from holding my ipad as anereader for too many hours. Resolved it using the Robin McKenzie Method. Its actually neck stretches & easy to do.
