@Akbar Lebowitz so many reasons. 1 major reason is that it is starting to resemble some of the Illinois suburbs I have lived in. It was nice when I first got here and worked remotely. Now, I have been out more and see the negatives that were not so obvious before. Prosper is more to my liking. Frisco and Plano tied a close second.

Hola! So we are moving to Dallas from Las Vegas within the next 2 months. We keep going back and forth between and Allen and McKinney.. watching videos, researching etc. But honestly your video sealed for me, I think McKinney it is. Night life is good, you have options in McKinney, frisco & surrounding cities as well. Not clubs but you can find some decent bar and lounges

I love all the information you showed! I like that realtors often show the houses, but it's nice to get a feel for the area before trying to pick a house. Tiny suggestion though: Please pan from side to side a little slower. You're one of the only people I've found that actually pans and shows everything so I was jumping for joy but the speed made me slightly nauseous and I didn't get to see everything. Lots of other videos are a walking tour but you only ever see what's on the one street right in front of them. Thank you for showing so much more and telling all about it! I'll be watching your other videos! :) :) :)

When Are You Coming South??? Duncanville, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, West Dallas, Oakcliffe, Bishop Arts, etc... East Dallas Where I Live. White Rock Lake, Lake Highland, Casa Linda Area. Lower Greenville Too!!!

The cool people live on the east side. The better Bar b q and Mexican restaurants are over there. Plus on the weekend end every other house has backyard party with live music going on , They will invite you right in .

It's expensive to live here because of all the drifters moving here. I meet so many people who don't have family moving here and then move back because its too expensive to live here. You can't get an apartment unless you make 3x the rent, property taxes are 11k. Mortgage rate is like 4k a month. If you listen to this person and you don't make enough, you will lose thousands of dollars quickly. 💯

No the downtown ain’t all that . I live in McKinney I’m from Chicago. But I loveeeee staying in McKinney but downtown is ok . Can’t beat my CHI town downtown
