Hi Kay! Been watching for a while and I am a huge fan. I would love for you to make this really special meatloaf recipe. It is my family's recipe and I would be so honored to see you make this. Please consider :) Ingredients Meatloaf: 500g beef mince 500g sausage meat 2 onions, diced ¼ cup milk 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Sauce: 1 cup water 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup vinegar ½ cup tomato sauce 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons butter Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius Mix together meatloaf ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Place into a baking dish and shape into a loaf. Bake for 45 minutes. Whisk sauce ingredients together and pour over the meatloaf. Continue cooking another 45 minutes, pouring more sauce on top every 15 minutes. (1hr 30min total)

There's nothing quite like a meal in a Yorkshire pudding, especially at this time of year with the night drawing in and that lot. Yorkshire pudding always reminds me of Yorkshire. I've been there many a time when I used to visit my good friend, Sven Vengalis. We used to have a right good time swigging Vermouth while roaming the countryside in the middle of the night. There was one time we were out wandering about the moors and a ten pound note blew into my good friend's face. Needless to say, we walked to the nearest village and had a nice pint of Vermouth before making our merry way back home. On the way back we saw a sheep with its head stuck in a fence. Fumbs up.

Hello Kay. I wish I could come to you, once again and tell you how happy this has made me. To see yet another post brexit meal served up for all of us to see, but I can't. I WISH, I could say that this was a great viewing experience, and that I was happy to sit and learn something new, but I can't. I WISH, I WISH MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE, that I could sit here and say FINALLY, Kay has cooked her greatest meal. FINALLY, Kay has cooked what we have all been waiting for, but I can't. Not ONLY, have you brought shame on yourself, your son, and Ziggy, your dead dog (rest in peace), but you have brought shame on an entire nation. All I have asked for, for 7 MONTHS, time and time again, having even spoken to Lee personally about this ongoing issue, is BEANS. BEANS IN A YORKSHIRE PUDDING NO LESS. Imagine my elation, when I read that you were making "Meal in Yorkshire Pudding". I really thought, "this is it!" this is the moment, kays magnum opus. And yet, here I sit, mouth agape, disgusted, and disrespected. FOR YEARS, I have been a loyal follower of this channel. I have never EVER missed a video (NOT ONCE) and here you are, finally given the opportunity to bring things full circle, and you refuse to. I know that this was no mere coincidence. That was a sleight, and ATTACK on my character and my DEDICATION to your channel and supporting you in your endevours. WELL NO MORE! From now on, you will have about as much support from me, and I have had BEANY PUDS, from you. THATS NONE, FOR YOUR INFORMATION!!!! 0/10 A truly sad day for beany pud lovers all over the country (kings country GSTK) I cannot forget this, and I WILL ONLY forgive, if we are graced with a beany pud (yorkshire pudding in beans) at some point in the near future. Until then, I wish you the VERY WORST. Yours Sincerely, A former fan.

why do you say that mincemeat can't have much flavor? You could certainly add things like a little garlic powder, MORE salt, maybe even break up a beef bouillon cube and place it in there while you're cooking it - to add more flavor. Don't be afraid of salt and other spices.
