Ginger root is great kept in the freezer. Last forever and it even grates better with a micro plane. It's like ginger snow. Then, just throw back in a bag in the freezer.

I dont even know if I'm ever in ketosis! I do about 20g carbs ..I think! I have one meal in the evening As for counting calories... I dont 😑 Macros .. dont do those I've read so much about keto, but it annoys me because no one says the same. Count calories dont count calories, eat vegetables dont eat vegetables?? Keto cakes ect, I like one piece a day..all ketoed! With the fat dough, cream, butter, eggs, oil, cheese and meat the calories are astronomical ! Im frightened to count them ! Xxxx At the least I'm sugar free ! Ha x Your channel is the only channel that doesn't make me nervous about what to cook and eat.. Thankyou x K from UK x

@@m.n.9706 thanks for the reminder! It was turned out great! I thawed it and then baked it per the recipe. I added a little extra time because it was still a little frozen in the middle when I baked it - maybe 5 extra minutes. Then I topped it and baked again to melt the cheese and heat the toppings! Definitely will do this again!

For a pizza crust I have used 4-5 Mild or hot italian sausages, that I have squeezed out of the casings. I spread out the meat as large as I can to fry it in a large frying pan. Draining the fat and turning once. Then pat any remaining grease and put on your favorite toppings and broil. The sausage crust is delicious. Also you can add a teaspoon of sesame oil to the sauce you make it adds so much flavour.

Eat clean foods. Ditch anything processed. Ditch sugar, and any carbs that turn quickly to sugar eg white bread, pastry, pasta etc. Eat more veg (especially greens) and good protein (legumes/pulses, eggs, fish) and drink plenty of water.

Nice recipes. I'll have to try that egg roll in a bowl. Just a tip for game meats. The gamey taste is in the blood. If you soak the meat in water; changing the water as it gets bloody, and keep changing the water until it is mostly clear, you will eliminate the gamey taste.

Meal prepped last night. I made the keto chili & egg roll in a bowl. Printed recipes BUT for the chili changing to ONE tablespoon of chili powder ya’ll must have cast iron stomachs. It was really good but I took an indigestion Pill. (before I finished eating). I didn’t have ground Pork for the eggrolls so I used mild Italian sausage. It was super good. Eating some & freezing some. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to get a recipe using just one pound of meat! 🌲🧑🏻🦳👍❤️

On the elk meat, I only use elk and deer for my red meat. I use it in place of ground beef. I cook it In the instapot,grill,air fryer,stovetop anything really lol and I never have a gamey issue. I age and butcher my own harvests as well and I never have gamey or bad taste issues, also if you don’t like straight elk burger, you can add pork sausage for extra fat and flavor too 😊

The pampered chef chopper tool works great to mix ground meat, egg etc. in the bowl. Much more efficient than a spoon. Don't have to use hands.

I’m experimenting with tofu rice. So far it’s shredded and drying in fridge. I just do not like cauliflower rice. I love cauliflower but only with butter and cheese . Not rice. I tried with jicama but it’s way to firm even after pressur cooking. So I’m trying tofu rice. I put a tiny tad of jasmine xtract in it for slight flavor. Waiting to use it. Covid fatigue hit me so I’m done cooking for today. I did prepare a platter of chaffle sandwiches with fried ham and salami with spinach and cheese , and rolled turkey with spinach and cheese . So I’m prepared for about 4 to 5 days to regain my strength. And my rice is ready . Ty for your recipes. I use them.

It is also great for mashing avacada, "potatoes", breaking up that cream cheese in a dough. Use your masher to combine ingredients for your pizza crust.

I have made a different recipe for eggroll in a bowl A couple of times. It was good, but it didn’t knock my socks off. My husband wasn’t a fan. Watching your video, I decided to give your recipe a try. I have to say, Your recipe is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend the Sriracha mayo with it as well. The only thing I did differently was I added a package of miracle noodles to it. To top it all off, my husband loved it! I am definitely going to make this again.

I love your videos. I used deli sliced chicken breasts in the recipes you have used them in and love this as a noodle substitute by the way. Anyway, I made an old favorite meal today using the deli sliced Chicken instead of Lasagna noodles. Can't wait to see how it turns out. I did however double the sliced meat as the meat was thinly sliced. This dish only contains cheese and spinach. MMMMM it is delicious. Hope it turns out using your method of sliced deli meat. There is no sauce of any kind in this recipe.

I'm watching this two months after you posted. when you mentioned the jets flying overhead I paused for a moment.. and still heard them cause we live near an air station.. I laughed cause I don't consciously hear them anymore unless they are really low.. also if you are looking to save $$ I have found those "meat choppers" at dollar stores! yes not as heavy duty as the one I got from amazon but still work well.. I really need to try that chicken pizza! I never realized how lean elk meat was before!

I make chicken pizza crust and precooked it and put it the freezerI. I Freezer them between parchment paper and , that way I can 🍕 pizza right away., no waiting for making crust.

I made this for lunch today. Delicious! One note though, the printed recipe doesn't instruct you when to add the greens from the green onions. I watched the video again and saw when to add them though. I added a couple dashes of fish sauce too.

I made 4 mini pizza crusts since I'm the only one on keto, and froze 2 of them. Also, I mixed some taco bell fire sauce in with my raos and it was delish! lol Thanks again, girl and I hope you're feeling better!! xoxo

All peppers contain lectins. Lectins are highly inflammatory! I do not eat them like I have in the past. Yes they do have some good vitamins in them but they are other sources for that😊
