Which model of Instant Pot do u have? I have found most of the older models are terrible at slow cooking. I have a year old Pro model and it does a great job. Good luck with that other job!!

I have the 7 in 1. It does okay with slow cooking. But I don't do a lot of slow cooking these days. It works well for soup. 😊
