I just made some of my carnivore gum. It’s trimmings from a brisket fried in Kerry Gold with garlic and herb and some spices depending on what your kids like😊. Small pieces fry up crispy but thicker pieces I just cut up and chew it like gum. Tell the kids they can swallow their gum it’s okay. When I was little and swallowed my gum everyone told me horror stories about how I was going to blow up and die. 75 and still here thanks to finding y’all and the tribe. Hi Neisha. You are so beautiful and a lovely testament to this WOE. I love the way you have combined the best of both worlds of keto and carnivore. I have tried strict carnivore in the past, but I always fail because I grow weary of eating just meat, salt and water. I get palette fatigue and experience intense nausea. I am also allregic to eggs. As soon as I eat one, I experience the shakes and throw up violently. I decided to try ketovore two months ago and I'm loving it so much. I eat a lot of red meat, but I still get to enjoy avocadoes, berries, dairy, coconuts, sugar free condiments, spices, coke light, stevia and a lots of other foods. Keotvore is way more sustainable for me because I enjoy my food so much and love what I am eating. I am slowly losing the weight but this time around, I don't even care about that. I just want to be healthy physically and mentally and have enough energy to keep up with my 1-year-old son and have enough focus to excel in my career. Thank you so much for all that you do. You are an inspiration and a great role model. ♥ from South Africa

I love this time of year in Maryland! We go to all the UPI places around here, everything is within an hour or less. All of May and some of June we picked strawberries and freeze a bunch. And then in mid June through July we pick blueberries and blackberries! And of course we have a huge garden full of vegetables which I’m trying to cut down on, but my husband keeps growing them so I will eat a little of them, like potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. We’re always sad when our asparagus season ends.

I use my Creami all the time. Such a treat. I use Fairlife and cream too. I find I have to process the jar 2 to 3 times for it to work. The stuff gets too frozen to work well, so either let it sit for 10 minutes or so or just keep processing it. Now mine works all the time. O dear! I'd call Ninja to trouble shoot it, I think it can be reset, just make sure the blade is really locked in and that springy thing in the top is seated.

I think you hit the wrong button on the ninja creami. When making sugarless ice cream you need to hit the lite ice cream button not the regular one. I think because theres no sugar, the "ice cream" freezes harder and the creami blade needs to cut thru that. Mine also always scares me because its so loud. I always kinda step back when it does its thing. Also if the blade is not connected correctly, it wont work. I thought I broke mine once. I speak from experience! 😅
