ingredients 所需食材:
220 g warm milk 温牛奶
1 tsp(4g) active dry yeast 活性干酵母
1 tbsp(15g) sugar 糖
1 egg 鸡蛋
350 g bread flour 高筋面粉
1/2 tsp(3g) salt 盐
35 g slftened butter 软化黄油
meat floss 肉松
mayonnaise 蛋黄酱
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
