I just discovered your channel this week. I have binged watching your recipes. Cant wait to go to the store in the morning and buy 2 kind of sweet potatoes to make the mash, I have always used one kind. I have turkey chopmeat in the freezer. Quiero decirles que anoche hice este meatloaf para mi esposito. El no es hispano, sino puro norteamericano de Tennessee, y habia estado acostumbrado a comer meatloaf al estilo tradicional anglosajon, Cuando probo mi meatloaf al estilo "sabor with love", le fascino!! Me pidio que le preparara el almuerzo para llevar a su oficina porque nunca habia probado un meatloaf tan rico. GRACIAS, chef Grego, por tus recetas e ideas fantasticas en la cocina. You fail to tell us total cooking time. Love the recipe I'm going to try but not sure how much longer after first 20 minutes and it's uncovered!
