I think it is not the Hino Truck plant. It is a local workshop where damaged old trucks are rebuilt. The title of V log should be changed. Real production plant in Karachi Pakistan have been seen by me which is different to this local work,

Why are they using rivets instead of bolts in the chassis? Seems to be a lot more work to install them, and in many of the repair videos, also a lot of work to remove them.

This assembly line is sure inside out. I've never seen a modern(present day) truck production line without a single robot! The "robots" that are there do program themselves on the go😂😂😂😂

Wow hino trucks are built in a junkyard? The steel for the frame was scrap. Used tires and axles for parts. The frame beside the one being worked on had Ben painted previously. All around are wrecked junk trucks.

Seems cheaper to double the frame and add a third rear axle at an increased cost instead of breaking it in half from overloading later on

Hino trucks are made in Williamstown, WV and this is nothing like how they are made on that production line. These are not Hino trucks, they are fake Hino trucks. All Class 6 or 7 Hino trucks in the US are made in this plant. These people might turn out one truck a week while the WV plant turns out more than 50 per day.
@billjenkins6877 ай бұрын
These aren't HINO trucks. They're cheap knockoffs.

Rivets are to be heated and then inserted so that they contract and pull the joints tight. That is just a show joint and not a truly strong one.
@johncarloroales89227 ай бұрын
Its not knock my friend😂! They are just reinforcing it so its more capable on how they are using these truck
@GRANITEMONUMENT4 ай бұрын
These are purchased as brand new trucks, from hino factory, and these Pakistani truck companies, and their sub contractors, tear them apart, and adapt them for their needs, they upgrade everything, frame, suspension, and build water tanks, dump bodies, and all sorts of specialized bodies for them, although they use very crude manufacturing methods, and a good bit of materials are recycled, they are pretty good., considering the equipment they have!
@MichaelAlagad-b8m3 ай бұрын

Fairly sure, stock Hino trucks wouldn't last long in their environment, hence why they increase the strength.

Real Hino trucks (owned by Toyota), are made in a modern factory in Japan, not crudely made in a dirt parking lot in Pakistan
