Mechouia Salad (Tunisia) سلطة المشوية

Mechouia salad is a simple but delicious grilled vegetable salad from Tunisia. Charred onions, peppers, tomatoes, and garlic are coarsely chopped, salted and seasoned, and drizzled with olive oil. Its also served with optional garnishes like olives, eggs, or tuna fish, it's pretty much the quintessence of the Mediterranean diet in a single dish.

Use only garlic not onion it change the taste of the peppers.
