Eating plant-based food only has reduced my risk of cancer, diabetes and heart issues unlike my other family members who unfortunately could not escape those issues because of their meat consumption. Thank God I recognize this early before it was too late.

Glad youre doing well as a, vegan. Very inspiring. I ate some chicken this week, but I have gotten better with cutting out red meat and pork. I am back to vegan version of low carb/keto. Mostly protein shakes, soy/almond milk, and green veggies. I still consider myself vegan(mostly). Setbacks won’t stop me from, trying.

@Yahusha_Is_King my statement is true and I stand by it. In my family all meat eaters have died early or they have been on tons of pills for heart disease high blood pressure diabetes and cancer. I have not had any of these diseases and I'm not on any type of medication to prevent it either. Don't discount what is true.

Dr Lim went into Medicine to help people heal, and now he’s actually being able to do exactly that. That’s why whole plant food lifestyle physicians are so much happier in their work because they are finally seeing healing happen without treating symptoms with pharmaceuticals.

A top notch interview, one of the best I've seen. Both of you show your deep understanding and experience, and your refreshing realness was like a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed the central focus on the worth of us as people, and respectfully having a sense of enquiry about ourselves and others. These are known to be very successful ways of making real progress in change. An enjoyable and hope-giving discussion, thank you both.

seeing the blind spots is only half way. cutting the connection with food is the other half and I find it much more difficult.

It can be tough especially as food can be emotional. But once you cut out the animals products you can discover more varieties of food and new favourites, which can help!

Growing up in the USA the education system doesn't provide the tools to raise physically and mentally healthy people. It is unfortunate that in a time of plenty of resources the ruling class chooses more profits over the health of the people. The problem is systemic.

I leave unconditional Love to God/Source. Next, I just do my best everyday to connect with God and to love myself so that I can have love for others. Then I do my best to learn how to communicate in a loving way. On this earth, there is no such thing as "unconditional love".

Joe Best you need a social media presence! As a fellow plant based eater and nutritionist I like to link up with other like minded individuals on a variety of health topics because I believe in sharing tools for whole body healing but I couldn't find you on FB or anything. I would love to link up as a community circle when you decide to have that at some point
