Very true guruji after meditating for some months , I found a change that I don't react to anyone if anybody gets angry on me , my inner feelings say leave it even if my mind say it is hurting my ego..

I don't know why this video came on my wall and I'm like damn I need this type of knowledge "Here one thing I need to know I'm not a meditator , don't even know much about it but automatically whenever I take rest a lot of feets image start coming on my forehead also during this time my thought start communicating each other" this is something weird and I don't understand this 🙄

Welcome Garry! It's normal and actually expected that the images come to mind. But you know what's amazing? It's that you are aware of it! As Om Swami said, just try to move your attention away from the "thought party" and bring your focus to listening to your breath. Even if you have to repeat doing this like 100 times per minute and you can call that 'meditating'😁 Good luck buddy!
