Thank you so much for this. I've been feeling exhausted this week and started doing energy work including running energy meditations, eft tapping, etc and this was a perfect calming ending to the work for the day. Pulling back some energy from all the people and things in my life so that I can thrive was helpful. I've been feeling the collective energies very draining this week. I imagined pulling my energy out of that a bit as well and finding anything not mine and clearing it out. Thank you again for this calming practice. 💜

You have improved my mobility and work life ten fold! I have a very stressful job, so I decide Before work I would do some yoga. Your soothing walkthroughs are perfect for the morning and then meditation for lunch as really brought me to the state of peace and bringing back flexibility from being at a computer all day. ✨🤩✨

Vaginal bleeding at the age of 67 is what is worrying me. Doctors and Specialists refusing to answer my questions. Have had the ultrasounds and every test available . I guess I will just sit with the anxiety and come back to this practice time and again. It makes me feel I'm caring for my self when professionals refuse to. Sad state of affairs for Canada's people seeking health Care.

This even helped my lower shin pain where bone broke through, and is seemingly not healing *I think they put too much hardware in or my pt is asking too much of me.
