You were releasing catharsis , whenever you do such breathing exercises , you are cleansing from within ,you are catharting, and catharsis mostly happens through crying .

I meditate most mornings and this is a game changer! I tried it out this morning on a rainy stormy day after a day of drinking and I felt so much better and less anxious about the toxins I put in my body last night. Plus it’s easy to just open up and go on with your day after!

Really struggling at the moment with my hormones as I'm in Perimenopause, just practised this and genuinely feel better than I have all day. I will try and incorporate this practice into my mornings before work as I tend to be worse first thing when I get up. The fact its only 3 minutes is super helpful as well. Thank you xx

Is it true about the different nervous systems? I can't understand how different nostrils would activate different systems
@theyogidoodle5 жыл бұрын
Each nostril is connected the opposite hemisphere of the brain - the body + brain works ipsilaterally.It's scientifically proven that breathing through alternate nostrils will affect different parts of the brain which in turn affects the nervous system as well as endocrine system (our hormones). Our bodies are much more intricate and powerful than we are normally taught....
