Thank you so much! All this tips are really helpful. I started the course a week ago and I am trying to meditate every day twice a day, incorporating all these advices. It's not easy but I've been feeling much better during the day, much more focused and balanced. One day I'll get there! Meanwhile, I'm enjoying the journey, learning so much and improving everyday. So first become Meditativ and prepare first with Water!Their is a good Mantra to dance to Mul Mantra,after this I’m Happy and more still inside!I’ can sing it now in my Dream!Its not scholl off,jest want to see you can become one with the Mantra!

Both are ok. Generally, for beginners, it is better to first do asanas and then meditation, and vice versa for the advanced practitioners of meditation.

Meditation Steps Thank you dada! Could you please make a list of asanas that are most suitable prior meditation besides the hip openers that help me sit more comfortably while meditating. What asanas should I incorporate? Sun salutations? And proximately, how long should I do yoga before my meditation? Currently I meditate 3 times per day for half and hour.

There are 2 traps here (repeat the mantra 5 times, without thinking). 1. With the command Don't think! you invite thoughts. 2. Counting to 5 is itself a chain of thoughts. 1-2-3-4. Suggestion: stop thinking about not thinking. Go with the flow like a drop in the river. 2. Stop counting the mantra. It doesn't matter how many mantras you recite one after the other. Counting, thinking is a mental activity. Focus on being in the moment, be an observer.
