I really needed this video... I was using everything the wrong way because I had no instructions whatsoever! I thought the filter vent was the cup for the medicine, so I tried looking up online instructions. Once I realized what part was the actual medicine cup, they didn't clarify how to put the medicine into the cup. This video was extremely helpful right through to the end that showed that the little white cap in the machine is actually a filter. I just hope I didn't ruin the machine with the first use when I put a vial of medicine into the hole under the cap - it came out through the tubing, but definitely not as a mist. Thank you for making this video - I certainly learned from it!

Thank goodness I watched this video after a week of using the Medquip Nebulizer the wrong way! The paper instructions are not written well because the writer is not a native English speaker. There should be illustrations and a link to this video in the text of the directions. The plastic bag holding the filters was not labeled. I had no idea what to do with them. I have been pouring the liquid into the middle of the cup because the baffle piece is at the bottom of the cup. That's why the liquid has been splashing onto my face and into my eyes. The written cleaning directions which I read completely need clarification as well...dish soap or vinegar? Both are mentioned. Am I allowed to dry the pieces with a cloth or not? If the pieces are not completely dry after washing, should I use the machine or not? Also, I would prefer a mask, but I'm having trouble finding one at local drug stores. An address where I can order one is essential. For a procedure as critical as a breathing treatment, time is imperative. I'm a senior who is now one week behind in recovery from bronchial asthma! That is absurd! Please reply to this comment so I know that corporate is aware of the flaws.

i am doing what the video says but the one that i got has a T connector that lets air in the other side of the mouthpiece . no vapor or any sputtering is happening. there is no way to connect the mouth piece as the one shown but it is the same exact model shown.

Very Good. I bought same model. It was very useful. I saw some nebulizer using distilled water, so where I should pour water in this model. Good pouring water is not required

my wife's nebulizer is this same model but it's really finicky. it barely nebulizes the fluid and often, when it does, the vapor doesn't actually come into the facemask but and only spits out just below it in that big hole. we can't figure out how or why it works, when it does, and often we haven't done anything differently. the compressor itself seems fine, the air output isn't messed up or anything. we've got no idea why it's not working and there's basically no support for this thing.

Actually, sir, the questions you said are offen encountered. There are 3 sollutions: ①replace the filter. ②Check whether the air intake hole is blocked. ③ If it has nothing to do with filter and intake hole, maybe it has some problem with the motor inside the machine, you should contact your supplier.
